No fuss or bother trying to find out the charges, it is right here in prominent position so no awkward negotiation required. It is free for new local startups or established ones struggling with the modern marketing and automation opportunities. I will not profit from commissions on sales, recommendations or referrals - Guaranteed. I show you how to avoid traps of cheap delivery followed by expensive support and retention of artefacts ownership such as URL, access to site management etc. I am only interested in recommending what I would put in place myself. I will not accept work or advise on what I feel I am unable to deliver. Due to my commercial commitments I may not have time to assist, but will endeavour to do so if time allows.
Home Services
Anything from house visit to remote support of PC's and laptops software. I can advise and help source cost effective computers, help you re-configure the way you work to make good use of cloud technology, train in basic use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access Powerpoint, Publisher, Project etc) to the level of using Visual Basic for Applications (or VBA) and clean up mess and mistakes bloatware and viruses. All this is done with a great deal of patience, understanding, and where needed technical explanation of the detail. I do not fix hardware.

Since 1996 I have been a freelance consultant contracted out to many companies within variant sectors. My work has been in IT and business. I'm happy to drop into good contracts as my other activities are on availability only on a job by job basis.

Waterfall and RUP to Agile and scrum, analyst/programmer to PS programme manager, startup to multinational group, pre-sales through to owning systems support.
