Agile Change Manager
As a RAD developer, who did design analysis and management of many systems, I as asked to attend Agile training and bring it back to BT.
For a few years I was a key member bringing agile mindset into BT, which also lead to contributing the formation of and organising Hot Housing events.
A Hot House is a 3 day competitive solution production of a Business problem. Teams work on demonstrating a prototype innovation that resolves the business problem statement. The best solution is presented at the end to all participants and a prize given to that team by a senior or C level manager.
Organising an event could take months of analysis, organisation and bringing together of technologies and platform. Later posts focus on some of the wins of this and end to end methodologies that were part of the overall agile strategy both internal and external.
