Consultant Digital e-Commerce BA to TK Max
Working for Digitas LBI I consulted into TJX Europe to work on migrating their eCommerce to a Hybris platform.
Initial role was as as part of the sales team working in discovery to establish the scope of the entire project with the objective of facilitating fixed price for the overall delivery. This was documented into epics and stories with the right level of detail for broad estimation while being constrained on time. The contract being agreed against competition from Deloitte, this then moved into delivery stage.
I was then asked to take over lead the Digitas analysis team for scrums of developers and designers, further fleshing out stories captured in discovery so they were playable, and working with the clent BA's, product owners, project managers and the business negotiating minimum viable product and functional scope.
Whilst carrying this out I also lead change within TJX Ba resource in best practice for story writing, introducing Ghirkin for BDD and incorporating specification by example into the acceptance criteria.
