Complete Formation of Franchise head office

DHH Group is the head office of franchise operations that are Doggie Holiday Homes.

Doggie Holiday Homes provide pet care services through independent contractors sourced and managed by franchisees.

I set up the vision, leading to the web site, marketing, business model, legal, financial, supporting model and operational and IT services for the group. Setting up a franchise head office took 8 months, the web site an additional 3 months.

This business is now ready for national launch and with 4 franchisees currently, the group employs over 50 contractors and franchisees with a turnover of 1/4 million for 2016.

I remain a director and chairman with ownership of leading strategy and facilitation of new initiatives.
