Doggie Holiday Homes UK is a franchise formed to manage homes too distant to be managed by a normal franchisee.
Doggie Holiday Homes provide pet care services through independent contractors sourced and managed by franchisees.
I set up this franchise along with two others (our best performing franchises), setting the strategy, scope, special marketing requirements and infrastructure in order to provide the required support for homes too distant to benefit from a more intimate management style.
I remain a director with ownership of leading strategy and facilitation of new initiatives, primarily digital marketing.
