Sadly DST lost their contract with Old Mutual just as delivery of wealth management platform and the method of delivery was poised to succeed, causing my involvement to end.

Driven by Waterfall FSD's, DST Bluedoor were creating a framework for Old Mutual whereby their financial advisers could better manage their products and clients and also portals for back office administration and customer self management fronting and enhancing Bluedoor.

I was engaged as an Agile BDD consultant BA, acting product owner and scrum lead converting Old Mutual requirements into User Stories, facilitator of business change and leading scrum delivery activities. Direct and regular interface with Old Mutual, and also travel to Australia for knowledge and training.

• Provided direction on agile change and implementation

• Lead resolving largest and most complex packages within programme

• Key client stakeholder management within Old Mutual

• FSD clarifications for Customer and Adviser portal wealth management products

• Setting up and specifying online document deleivery changes

• Conversion of waterfall specifications to agile stories

• Change management and direction to Agile methodologies both in UK and Australia
